Ryan and his team done a stunning job on our loft conversion adding a large bedroom and en-suite. The whole team were polite friendly and very trustworthy, I wanted a few things changing along the way which was no problem with Ryan he talked me through what he could do and what the extra cost would be. Ryan and the team carried out a very good standard of work throughout our loft conversion. They were very reliable and trust worthy, they communicated with us every step of the way and broke down all aspects of how they were going to do the build week by week . Ryan and his team come highly recommended from us, they have just completed a flat roof rear dormer loft conversion in our home. The guys were extremely professional, polite and gave thorough communication throughout the whole build. Any complications that were stumbled across were brought to my attention immediately and an honest answer or alternative was suggested. Ryan definitely takes pride in his fantastic work and has the utmost respect for the customer and the property, all carpets were protected and a thorough clean up was done at the end of each day. We have 2 young children (sometimes 4) living here and they were not disturbed in the slightest. I can't rave enough about Turners, you won't be disappointed. Just one note for anyone who chooses Ryan and his team, stock up on tea and sugar hahaha!

Ryan has been professional, polite and incredibly helpful throughout the loft conversion on our 1930’s mid terraced house.
I was slightly nervous about the idea of having the roof structure changed to a dormer, and having the work done during Winter, but any concerns I had soon disappeared when Ryan arrived onsite, being knowledgeable and reassuring from the start. His communication skills are excellent. He was very respectful of our home, ensuring carpets were protected, everything was clean and tidy every day for the entire time and behaviour was professional at all times. With two young children around as well as me often working from home, this was really important and the kids enjoyed watching the progress as much as us. Noise was kept to a minimum and there was virtually no disruption to the rest of the house.
He was here everyday (even in snow and pouring rain!) from 8:30-4pm and worked very hard to ensure timescales were met. Ryan is clearly a very talented and hardworking person, his attention to detail and ability to change plans accordingly was brilliant, and his friendly and helpful approach made it a pleasure to have him in our home everyday. He looked after the house perfectly while we went on holiday and I had no concerns about trusting him with keys and alarms. I highly recommend anyone looking for a loft conversion to contact Ryan and feel very grateful that we had him working on our project.

I called Ryan in to build a partition wall for me, we are very pleased with the work he done done! He was happy to get materials for the job which I was unable to and also stuck to the time frames he initially thought! After having quite a few different companies out to quote our property, we both really liked Ryan. He is friendly and very easy to talk to, he was very knowledgeable and his price was competitive compared to others in Bristol. Our loft conversion creating 2 large bedrooms and 1 bathroom is now complete and we could not be happier. The work took just over 8 weeks from start to finish and the team were brilliant throughout. We just had a dormer loft conversion completed by Turners Lofts and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. We have wanted a loft conversion on our home for many years but I was put off by friend who had a very bad experience with a 'so say highly respectable loft conversion company' in Bristol. I am pleased I done thorough research before choosing a company and I can not recommend Turners Lofts enough! The job started and finished on the initial agreed dates. The quote was very competitive and descriptive. The whole process was stress free from design through to completion. I received a contract with a payment plan which explained everything I needed to know. Our day to day routine was never disrupted and the job felt organised and professional at every stage. We will definitely be using them for our kitchen extension in the future.

I would highly recommend Ryan. Having him working on our loft conversion was brilliant; he was professional, experienced and informative, he engaged full communication from the word go and any details which could be improved or needed changing were met with an honest and open discussion - nothing was too much trouble for him. All the time he spent on site was professional, he worked very hard to complete within the arranged timeframe, everyday he left the construction area tidy and clean. The end result of what he achieved is to a very high standard and quality. We love our loft and it has made such a difference to home, turning from a 3 bed into a 4 bed with an ensuite in the loft. If you are considering having any structural improvements to your home or property, I can't recommend Ryan enough. You won't be disappointed!

Ryan Turner (TURNERS Loft Conversion Specialists) have done a fantastic transformation on my horse lorry conversion. Due to limited weight restrictions, I needed small light units and draws built from scratch, the internal wall was knocked down and rebuilt on a angle to allow enough horse room in the back whilst giving us a little more room in the living space. He also cut through to the drivers area so that the day light could come into the living space. All walls were insulated and carpeted for extra warmth on those cold winter days. Amazing job! Our sizeable conversion and extension project was a 4 month contract for Ryan and his team. With so much going on we were surprised and very pleased at how little our daily lives were disrupted. Carpentry is almost impossible to conduct without making noise yet even this was kept to a minimum, allowing Joanna's private music tuition business to continue as normal. Ryan's attitude towards clients is very professional; he is polite and friendly and this makes it a pleasure to work with him. We got to know Ryan fairly well over the course of the build and were more than happy to leave the house his care whilst we were away. Ryan's management of his team was very good and he made sure they knew the rules regarding behaviour and respecting privacy.

Ryan's ability to follow working drawings is unquestionable, but he is also able to adapt and improvise where architectural plans fall short. He was always prepared to listen to any thoughts or concerns we had and was very proficient at accommodating our wishes if we suddenly changed our minds about something. His people skills and communication are excellent.

It is quite clear that Ryan carries out his carpentry work to a high level, with speed and attention to detail combined very effectively. His project management skills and his ability to work to a contract programme are impressive. Efficient forward planning and organisation of material supplies allowed the project to progress well and he was able to adjust his work whenever let down by third parties and suppliers.

We now have a beautiful home. We got exactly what we wanted and are very happy to endorse Ryan's work and offer our recommendation.
